21st Century Community Learning Centers Program
B.C. Elmore 21st Century provides opportunities for academic enrichment. It includes tutorial services to assist students in core academic subjects, such as reading, science and mathematics. It also offers youth development activities in art, music, recreation programs, technology education and character education programs, that are designed to reinforce and complement the regular academic program of participating students.
