The following items will be needed to register your child for school:
1. Proof of residency
2. Original birth certificate
3. Original Social Security Card
4. Current Shot records
5, Current TB skin test
6. Previous school records
7. Withdrawl form from previous schools

Copies will not be accepted

A. G. Hilliard Elementary is an uniformed school. All students are required to wear the school uniform Monday - Friday. The school uniform is:
Red top
Blue bottom
