Oak Village School has implemented a new technology system on our campus. We feel this will provide a safer, more monitored environment for our students and staff.

When visitors, volunteers, or contractors check in at the reception area, they will be asked to present a valid state issued ID for scanning into the V-soft system. The system will then generate a visitor's badge that identifies our guests as having checked in the reception area. This system has the ability to provide alerts on people who may jeopardize the safety of Oak Village.

We feel certain this technology system will help keep our campus safe and we do ask for your cooperation in presenting your valid ID when visiting our campus.

Parents are always welcome at Oak Village! We welcome and encourage parental involvement and hope you choose to become positively involved. We will work to keep you informed in a variety of ways.

If you would like to visit a classroom, please contact the grade-level principal to schedule a mutually convenient time. Parents are always welcome to participate or observe classroom activity.

Many of you possess skills in a varity of areas that are beneficial to our school and our community. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the school at (281)449-6561.

If your child must leave early, an adult must check him/her out of school. Only adults with a valid picture ID and who are listed on the student's release form will be allowed to pick-up your child.
