The ELA department of Tidwell sponsored "Unwrap and Read". Parents and teachers were invited to classrooms to read to students. Teachers presented each student with a wrapped book to take home. The purpose of this activity was to promote literacy and encourage students to read.

The Tidwell Literacy Department hosted a Make and Take workshop for their teachers. Teachers were able to share ideas and make activites for their classrooms.

The Tidwell Wildcats sponsored a Thanksgiving can goods drive. The school was able to give away 13 food baskets to some deserving families.

Tidwell and Hilliard students observed Red Ribbon Week with a Pep Rally and Balloon Launch.

Tidwell staff memebers participated in the Community Walk sponsored by the district.
